Abstrak

The crucial role of human resources in an organization is pivotal as a production factor that builds and develops companies or organizations. The purpose of resources within an organization is to harness potential for success, both on a personal and organizational level. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, where the author applies this approach to thoroughly, comprehensively, and deeply explore and capture social situations. The research findings indicate that the significant role of Human Resources in organizations involves utilizing human potential to achieve goals, both individually and in the organizational context. In general, human resource development becomes a key activity undertaken by companies to enhance the skills of human resources, serving as a benchmark for organizational success, particularly at  Lembah Dempo University.
