This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality on prepaid electricity customer satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) Teluk Segara Customer Service Unit. This research focuses on the influence of service quality on prepaid electricity customer satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) Teluk Segara Customer Service Unit. This research uses a quantitative research approach, data collection was carried out using research instruments, analysis and statistics with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. Based on the characteristics of the research, a research sample of 100 customers was obtained. The results of this research show that the service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) Teluk Segara Customer Service Unit. Judging from the results of the t test, it shows that tcount is greater than ttable (13.446>1.66) with a significance level of 0.000.
