Abstrak

The aim of this research is to find out the existence of the local satay business towards the development of the Taichan satay business in Bengkulu City. This research method uses qualitative methods. The results of the research show that the situation of the Taichan satay business in Bengkulu City. has gained significant popularity for those who have tried the dish. This happens because the uniqueness of the special peanut sauce is the main factor in attracting consumer buying interest. Meanwhile, local satay continues to exist with traditional flavors and regional flavors. And for business owners, the key factors for business success are quality taste, competitive prices and effective promotions.
