Abstrak

This research aims to analyze the potential and challenges in developing the digital-based tourism sector in the Panjang Beach area, Bengkulu City. The tourism sector in the Panjang Beach area still faces various challenges in its development, one of which is related to the use of digital technology. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach, as well as a literature review. The development of a digital-based tourism sector in Long Beach, Bengkulu City requires close collaboration between various parties, including the local government, local communities and the private sector. With a holistic and sustainable approach, as well as the appropriate use of digital technology, Panjang Beach has the potential to become one of the leading tourist destinations in Indonesia. Apart from that, the digital tourism sector can also make a significant contribution to the local economy, create jobs and improve the welfare of local communities.
