Beban Kerja Dan Kompensasi Sebagai Determinan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Cv King Of Milk Fish

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and compensation on employee performance at CV King Of Milk Fish. The study involved the entire employee population, which was 41 people, using a saturated sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. The regression equation obtained is Y = 9.640 + 0.387X? + 0.201X?. The results of the t-test indicate that the workload variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.040. The compensation variable also has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.003. Based on the F-test, simultaneously workload and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) value of 0.282 or 28.2% indicates that the independent variable is able to explain 28.2% of the variation in employee performance at CV King Of Milk Fish, while the rest is influenced by other factors not included in this research model.
