Data were collected from the annual reports of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2012-2017 using purposive sampling, resulting in 31 companies and 186 observations. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results showed that ERM and IC had a positive and significant effect on firm performance (ROA). However, the interaction between ERM and IC was not significant in moderating the effect of ERM on firm performance. The study involved the entire employee population, which was 41 people, using a saturated sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. The regression equation obtained is Y = 9.640 + 0.387X? + 0.201X?. The results of the t-test indicate that the workload variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.040. The compensation variable also has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.003. Based on the F-test, simultaneously workload and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001. The sample in this study used the Total sampling technique, which is a sample determination technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The sample from this research was 38 permanent employees of the Seginim Community Health Center, South Bengkulu. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the results obtained are that the regression equation in this study is Y=0.444+0.377+0.326+0.277+e. There is an influence of discipline (X1) on the work effectiveness (Y) of the Seginim Health Center, South Bengkulu with a sig value of 0.004 &lt;0.05 and tcount of 3,113 &gt; 1.690, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The development of a digital-based tourism sector in Long Beach, Bengkulu City requires close collaboration between various parties, including the local government, local communities and the private sector. Financial statements based on SAK EMKM consist of the Statement of Financial Position, Income Statement, and Notes to Financial Statements. This research uses a comparative descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation.The results showed that the financial statements prepared by the Bandung Tofu Factory were not in accordance with SAK EMKM, because they only recorded income and expenses without preparing a complete financial position report. The author helps the business to prepare financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM 2018. This study concludes that financial recording at the Bandung Tofu Factory is still far from the provisions stipulated in SAK EMKM. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, aims to analyze inventory management and its impact on cost efficiency.The results showed that the management of raw material inventory applied by the factory is currently less efficient. The total cost of inventory with the old method reached Rp 472,467,839, while the application of the JIT method was able to reduce costs to Rp 300,077,320. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were students of Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu, with a total of 8,572 students and a sample size of 150 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was Non Probability Sampling using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in questionnaires were used in this study. The data obtained is then processed using the SPSS application. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Equation Y = 9.322 +0.416 X1 + 0.180 X2 + e, this illustrates the positive direction of regression, meaning that the variables of perceived usefulness and perceived convenience have a positive influence on the efficiency of Qris Digital Payments (Y) on students of Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu. the results of calculations using SPSS 25 can be known the coefficient of determination of R square of 0.693. This means that the perceived usefulness (x1) and perceived convenience (x2) affect the efficiency of Qris Digital Payment (Y) by 69.3% while the remaining 3s0.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at the significance level &lt;0.05 explain that partially perceived usefulness (x1) and perceived convenience (x2) have a significant influence on Qris Digital Payment Efficiency (Y) on students of Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers who actively shop at Shopee. Respondents were asked to provide an assessment of various factors that are considered to influence impulsive buying. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis techniques to determine the extent to which each factor influences impulsive buying. The results of this study are expected to provide deeper insight into the dynamics of consumer behavior in online shopping. This type of research is descriptive, a method that describes, compares and explains data so that conclusions can be drawn that are relevant to theory. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data collection method is the documentation method. Data obtained from agency websites, namely (BPS, DJPK KEMENKEU). The analysis results show that the average efficiency is 105%, this shows that the level of efficiency is still not efficient because the results are more than 88%. This study aims to determine the effects of trust, brand image, and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for branded imported preloved clothing at Obela Store Bengkulu. The research employs a quantitative method with a non-probability sampling technique using snowball sampling, involving 140 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and analyzedd using SPSS version 29. The results indicate that trust (significance value 0.046) and lifestyle (0.01) significantly influence purchasing decisions, while brand image (0.444) does not have a significant effect. Simultaneous testing shows that trust, brand image, and lifestyle collectively influence purchasing decisions with a significance value of0.001 and an R square of0.805, indicating that these variables account for 80.5% of the purchasing decision variance, while the remaining 19.5% is influenced by other unexamined variables.</p> M. The data analysis technique uses quantitative by calculating multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing consisting of the t test and F test. The research results show that promotions influence purchasing decisions at Alfamart Gading Cempaka with tcount &gt; ttable (2.248 &gt; 1.667) and (sig a = 0.02 &lt; 0.050). The method used is a quantitative method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to 81 economics and business students of Dehasen University, Bengkulu. The results of the analysis show that entrepreneurship education and digital literacy have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in economics and business students of Dehasen University, Bengkulu. With the results of multiple linear regression tests on showing the equation: Y = 4.152 + 0.178X<sub>1</sub> + 707X<sub>2</sub> + 1.672, the coefficient of determination (R square) value of SPSS 25.00 is 0.816 which means that X<sub>1</sub> and X<sub>2</sub> have an effect of 81.6% on entrepreneurial interest in economics and business students of Dehasen University, while the remaining 18.4% is influenced by other variables. Customer satisfaction is crucial in business, and achieving it requires attention to these key factors. When location, service quality, and product quality align with customers' needs, they are more likely to decide to use the services. This study aims to identify the factors influencing customers' decisions to use BRILink agents in Binduriang District, Rejang Lebong Regency. The research employs a descriptive approach. The population for this study consists of 110 individuals in Binduriang District who are customers of BRILink agents. The census method was used, and data were collected through questionnaires. The data analysis method applied is the rating scale. The questionnaire results, on average, indicate that respondents perceive the four factors as influential in their decision-making process when using BRILink agent services in Binduriang District. In the current digital era, technological advancements and the internet have transformed the way society interacts and conducts business, including in the transportation sector. Good service quality and competitive pricing are expected to enhance customer satisfaction. The research method employed is quantitative with a descriptive approach, involving 100 respondents who are users of Grab services. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, with a t-value of 1.940 and a significance level of 0.055. Conversely, price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a t-value of 7.983 and a significance level of 0.000. The F-test shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with an F-value of 115.617 and a significance level of 0.000. From these findings, it can be concluded that although service quality does not show a significant influence, price plays a more crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the impact of promotional activities for Towel Cake Mangga on sales increases at Syarah Bakery in Lingkar Barat, Bengkulu City. The research employs a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, involving 100 respondents who are consumers that have purchased the product. The results indicate that product promotion has a positive and significant effect on sales increases. Multiple linear regression analysis reveals that each one-point increase in the product promotion variable will lead to a sales increase of 0.451. The F-test shows that, simultaneously, product promotion significantly affects sales increases, with an F-value of 82.634 and a significance level of 0.000. The t-test also indicates that the product promotion variable significantly affects sales increases on a partial basis, with a t-value of 9.090. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 45.7% of the variation in sales increases can be explained by the product promotion variable, while the remaining 54.3% is influenced by other factors. Apart from that, this research can also help advance understanding, especially understanding of the phenomena of human behavior that make cafes a place to demonstrate social class. This research was conducted using phenomenological research and qualitative descriptive methodology. The informants used were thirty millennials who like to spend time in upscale cafes as the main data source. The allocation is spread across three Bengkulu cafes. Data collection uses secondary data such as from books and articles. The analysis stages used are data collection, data reduction and presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings show that the millennial generation in Bengkulu is encouraged to make cafes their second home because of demands for self-image related to their social class identification.
