Pengaruh Disiplin, Pengawasan, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Puskesmas Seginim Bengkulu Selatan

The aim of this research is to test whether there is an influence of discipline, supervision and work environment on the work effectiveness of employees at the Seginim Health Center, South Bengkulu. The type of research used in this research is associative, namely research that aims to determine some speculation regarding whether or not there is a relevant relationship between two or more research variables. The sample in this study used the Total sampling technique, which is a sample determination technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The sample from this research was 38 permanent employees of the Seginim Community Health Center, South Bengkulu. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the results obtained are that the regression equation in this study is Y=0.444+0.377+0.326+0.277+e. There is an influence of discipline (X1) on the work effectiveness (Y) of the Seginim Health Center, South Bengkulu with a sig value of 0.004 <0.05 and tcount of 3,113 > 1.690, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is supervision (X2) on the work effectiveness (Y) of the Seginim Health Center, South Bengkulu with a sig value of 0.036 <0.05 and tcount of 2,189 > 1.690, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a work environment (X3) at the Seginim Health Center, South Bengkulu with a sig value of 0.021 <0.05 and tcount 2,411 > 1.690, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Discipline, supervision and work environment together influence work effectiveness with a value of fcount 13,969 > ftable 3.267, so it can be concluded that together the independent variables influence the dependent variable.The aim of this research is to test whether there is an influence of discipline, supervision and work environment on the work effectiveness of employees at the Seginim Health Center, South Bengkulu.
