PENERAPAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) DALAM MENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENGANGKATAN KARYAWAN TETAP ( STUDI KASUS YAYASAN AL FIDA )

Abstract

The objective to be achieved in this study is to build a website-based system to support the decision to appoint permanent employees. The research method used in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The software used in creating this website-based system is Visual Studio Code and XAMPP. The results of the research on the system created have a home menu, criteria, subcriteria, alternatives, weight values, calculations, reports and user management. Furthermore, in the Weight Value program menu, there is a sub-menu consisting of Criteria Weight Value, Subcriteria Weight Value and Alternative Weight Value. This website-based information system can run well and is able to provide suggestions and references to the foundation for the names of prospective employees who are worthy of being appointed as permanent employees at the Al Fida Foundation Bengkulu City based on the assessment that has been set
