Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has changed various aspects of life, including in the business world. One implementation of technology in business is a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This research aims to design and develop web-based CRM system for Jaya Elektronik, a company engaged in the sale of electronic goods. The research methodology used includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The tools and technologies used in the development of this system are PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP framework. This system is designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness in customer relationship management, as well as simplify the sales process and customer data management. The results showed that web-based CRM system developed can help Jaya Elektronik in improving services to customers, speeding up the transaction process, and providing more accurate and structured information. With this system, Jaya Elektronik is expected to increase competitiveness and expand its market reach.
