Rancangan Dan Implementasi Modul Data Warehouse Dan Data Mining Sebagai Kritikal Sukses Faktor Pada Enterprise

Abstract

The Application of data warehouse in a enterpraise has the goal of helping the implementation of business processes in a company. The problem is that many companies that implement ERP data warehousing are unable to provide strategic information that can help as a decision support system. This problem also occurs in the data warehousing system at PT. Dayang Sumbi. Therefore this study aims to provide solutions to these problems. One way that can be used is to build an information system that can apply the concepts of a data warehouse and data mining which later can be demanded as a tool to measure the performance of a company and as a reliable decision support system. In the process of designing a data warehousing system, the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology is used. The SDLC method consists of the following stages: system study, analysis design, system development, and implementation. Through the selection of this method, it is expected to find data warehouse and data mining information systems that can produce strategic information, can be used as a reference for decision making and as a tool to see company performance. The output of this research is expected to be able to provide a reliable ERP Data Warehouse system that can help as a decision support system and company performance indicators in PT Dayang Sumbi.
