The system development method used in this research is object oriented software engineering (OOSE) which consists of data collection, analysis, design, coding and testing. This forward chaining method was chosen because this method determines what vitamins are very important needed by the body that affect the immune system, then proceed with a process of questions (facts) with symptoms that will select the best solution from a number of solutions, in this case. the solution in question is the vitamins needed by the body based on the determined factors. Types of vitamin deficiencies in this expert system consist of vitamins A, B (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12), C, D, E and vitamin K The problem can be formulated which will match the facts, so that you can design a system using the forward chaining method to determine the expertise of the vitamin deficiency process and how to apply the forward chaining method to assist in taking process expertise in vitamin deficiency in the body. With this website-based artificial intelligence system, it can make it easier for people to get information services for diagnosing vitamin deficiencies in the body for early prevention before people come to a specialist, because consultation using an expert system can be done anytime and anywhere, and is more time efficient.
