Abstract

The development and sales of smartphones in the market are increasingly widespread and compete with all kinds of available features, so consumers are often faced with problems including difficulties in choosing a smartphone. This is due to the emergence of smartphones with attractive capabilities, relatively cheap prices and other facilities. The selection of smartphones can be determined based on predetermined criteria including price, ram, rom, and camera and also screen size. The implementation of the system used the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this research is the waterfall method. The results of the tests that have been carried out, the recommended smartphone is formed consisting of 4 out of 5 data with the recommended value an average value of 50
