Performance appraisal is an activity carried out by management to assess the extent of the technician's performance in his work within a certain period. Performance assessment is carried out to determine the progress and developments that can be achieved by each technician intended to determine technicians in developing work quality and corrective actions for work that is not in accordance with the performance standards set by Telkom.Tbk. The employee performance appraisal method used is Vlse Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR). The implementation of the system uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this study is the waterfall method. The waterfall method is able to carry out a needs analysis that is used to find out the weaknesses of the old system, then make a design from the design and proceed with making a new system design. From the results of testing the technician's performance appraisal system using the VIKOR method, it can provide a more objective assessment
