SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENERIMAAN DANA BANTUAN SOSIAL COVID-19 DENGAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING (SAW) MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK LARAVEL 7

Abstract

Social assistance is one of the government's policies in helping the economy of the people paralyzed by the spread of the corona virus. The social assistance provided is for food and clothing needs with predetermined funding standards. In the implementation of determining the recipients of social assistance, which is carried out in the current way, there is still a lack of targeting. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method or known as the weighted addition method is a method that can be useful for solving the above problems by implementing a weighted attribute summation system in which each attribute has been assigned a weight or value according to predetermined criteria. Based on the criteria and weights that have been determined, it is hoped that the determination of who is more eligible to receive this social assistance will be more precise and in a faster time. Decision Support System for Receiving Covid-19 Social Assistance Funds Using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method Using the Laravel 7 Framework or the weighted sum method on all attributes is used to assist in determining the recipients of social assistance. With this system, the distribution of social assistance funds becomes more targeted, so that people can get social assistance fairly and equitably.
