Price negotiation in E-catalog can be interpreted as a bargaining process, between the catalog provider and PPK / PP and other related parties (if any) for goods / services products that have been displayed in the E-catalog, in order to get the best price and mutually benefit both parties. The negotiation process will be recorded in the system through the negotiation feature in the E-catalog application and will be included in the Order Letter or Contract Document. This research is conducted to find out how well business actors or e-catalog providers understand the application and to what extent negotiations can have a good impact on e-catalog providers.
